Force Fax Resolution
Enable Fax mode to restrict the TIFF Image Printer to produce specific FAX formatted TIFF files that conform to
your faxing requirements. This is a special feature for integrating product with FAX applications or applications
requiring FAX class TIFF files.
Black and White
TIFF images can be produced in pure black and white.
Color
TIFF images can be produced in true color (24-bit) mode. The TIFF Image Printer provides additional options to fine tune and optimize how these images are stored.
All standard paper sizes are supported in addition the TIFF Image Printer supports any user-defined form.
To define your own form, open the Printer and Faxes folder and from the File menu select the Server Properties menu item. Click the new form checkbox and give your form a name and size.
Pre-set Output Location
Pre-set the default output location, or eliminate prompts altogether to save time.

Edit the configuration file (PNETIF7C.ini) to customize default settings and hide unnecessary options.

Automatic Virus-Free Email Distribution
The TIFF Image Printer 7.0 supports the most popular email clients, making it ideal for
enterprises of any size.
The following list shows some of the common email clients that have been tested with TIFF Image Printer 7.0 (This list is not an exhaustive list of all mail clients supported.)
Built-in support lets you communicate directly with any SMTP-enabled mail server. This feature provides the ability to send mail even if you do not have a mail client program on your computer. Just enable the SMTP email option of the driver.
Launch any email client to automatically attach and send virus-free output files. Even if the original documents or computer have a virus, the images you create will not.
Automatic Color Optimization and Reduction
Reduce file sizes by choosing one of the color reduction options: Reduce to Optimal Palette,
Reduce to Greyscale, or Reduce to Black-and-White.
In general, the fewer the colors in an image, the smaller the file size.
Thread-Safe Batch Printing and Job Synchronization
Ensure thread-safe batch printing by synchronizing your process with events
signalled at key points in the printing process.
Run Commands for Extended Processing Automation
Use Run commands to launch any external application at the start of a print job, at the end of a print job, after each file is
created, and/or after each page. You can also use the run commands to signal Win32 event objects or call functions
in your own DLLs. Use variables to retrieve runtime information about a print job and pass them
as parameters to your functions.
User Control Over Error Box Display
Choose to have regular error prompts, timed error prompts, or no error prompts.
