Is there a discount to upgrade to a new version?

If you are a registered owner of an earlier version we provide an upgrade discount when upgrading to the new version of the same product. Traditionally the discount rates are as follows:

• One version from current (7.0 to 8.0) – 35% discount
• Two versions from current (6.0 to 8.0) – 25% discount
• Three versions from current (5.0 to 8.0) – 10% discount

These rates apply to the software cost and not the cost of the On-Going Support contracts.

Upgrade purchases can be done through the PEERNET Online Store, delivery is made as soon as order is completed allowing you to be up and running on the new version almost immediately.

I HAVE A PEERNET Online Account

1. Please go to https://www.peernet.com/store/account.php and sign into your PEERNET account. (If you don’t recall the password one can be requested from the login screen)

2. Select - "My Account"

3. Select – “View the products I have registered or purchased”

Your serial number will be listed and the option to Upgrade will be presented.

3. Select the applicable “Upgrade to … Button”

Note the store will default to the same number of licenses as you previously had, but you can increase the number of licenses at this time and receive the discounted price on all the licenses or decrease if your requirement is now less. You can however only use the upgrade feature one time.

4. Select – “Checkout”

Proceed through the store upon the completion of your order your serial number will be added to your list of serial numbers, so you can obtain it online immediately. Return to "My Account". The trial download is the same as production download, so no need for a new download just license it using your new serial number.

You will also receive an email confirmation that will contain a summary of financial details, the serial number and the download link.

I DON’T HAVE A PEERNET Online Account:

1. Please go to https://www.peernet.com/store/account.php and select continue to set up a NEW account.

2. Select - "My Account"

Note: As your purchase wasn't done via the online store in the past or through a different individual you have to add the serial number to your account.

3. Select - "Register a product that is not displayed in my registered products view" – and add your old version serial number.

When accepted the following message will appear “Your Product Has Been Registered”

Select – Continue

If registering the old serial number is denied please contact peernet@peernet.com as unfortunately PEERNET needs to process the request manually. Generally, if denied, it means the serial number has been assigned to an online account of someone else in your organization. Please include in your email the serial number you want to add to your online account.

4. Select – “View the products I have registered or purchased”
