As electronic documents undergo e-discovery, it is critical that the documents are handled correctly during conversion so that all information is revealed. Educational institutions can be found using PEERNET’s file conversion software for administration purposes, helping them manage and organize student applications and other paperwork. It is common to find our software being used as an in between step in preparing documents to be uploaded to an archiving system or to a web portal for students to access. PEERNET serves educational institutions primarily with our Document Conversion Service software which allows the universities or colleges to implement automated batch conversion by monitoring a specific location for files to be converted and then uploading the converted files to a designated location, or by integrating document conversion directly into their existing in-house solution.

PEERNET Reports supports all major bar codes in use today across a range of industries including both 1D and 2D bar codes. Customers use PEERNET Reports to create custom bar codes by selecting the bar coding system they require and then entering in their custom data and encryption.
Postal systems and courier services utilize our PEERNET Reports software to create shipping labels. Canada Post, a federal postal system, uses PEERNET Reports to create bar codes for international letter mail from the ‘Canada Post 4-State Code’ bar coding system. Courier services, like DHL and NetDispatch, use PEERNET Reports to create bar codes for shipping labels from the ‘Maxicode’ 2D bar coding system.
Manufacturing companies, like HP, TE, Foxconn and Inventec, use PEERNET Reports to create hundreds of different style bar code labels for both shipping and inventory tracking and labeling. For example, HP will create bar code labels with part number/serial number/date of manufacturing/and more in order to tag components used in assembling an HP computer. When the computer is complete, HP will also use PEERNET Reports to create the bar code sticker you find on the bottom of your HP computer plus on the box that your HP computer is shipped in.
