In Datasheet View you can view the data in a project item. A Datasheet View is available in the Design Window for Tables, Reports, Labels, and Queries. You cannot edit the information in the Datasheet View. Datasheet View contains a navigation bar that shows the total number of records and allows you to move quickly between records is present at the bottom of the screen:

 

 

Click the

button to advance one record, and the

button to retreat one record. You can also click the

button to go to the last record, and the

button to go to the first record. As well, you can use the ascending and descending sort buttons to sort your records while in Datasheet View.

 

To sort records in ascending order in the Datasheet View, click the header for the column that you want to sort, and click the Sort Ascending

button. To sort records in descending order in the Datasheet View, click the header for the column that you want to sort, and click the Sort Descending

button.
