The Design Window displays the different views of your project items.

 

 

There are five views available for the Design Window: Design, Code, Record Source, Datasheet, and SQL. Note that not all views are available for all project items. For example, all five views are available for Reports and Labels, but only Design View and Datasheet View are available for Tables, and only Design View is available for Paper Stocks. Tabs at the bottom of the Design Window allow you to quickly switch between the various available views:
