If you don’t need to change your settings each time, Convert to PDF can be configured to create a PDF file without any interaction required from you at all.

This can be done by presetting the conversion options in the Convert to PDF application and having the application automatically start converting the document instead of displaying the Options tab and waiting for the Start button to be clicked.

You can also set the Convert to PDF printer to use a printer profile, which will override the application's settings, to control the conversion options. The advantage of printer profiles is that you can have multiple copies of the Convert to PDF printer with each printer set to use different conversion options.
