The system tray icon gives quick access to the following:

running and stopping the Document Conversion Service

the logging console

viewing saved log files

The System Tray Icon

The system tray icon is installed in the Windows Startup folder and automatically started each time the computer is started. The icon will appear in the notification area in the far right of the taskbar. The tray icon can also be started manually through the application's program menu if needed.

 

1.If the icon isn't visible, click the arrow icon next to the notification area to see all hidden icons.

 

2.Click the icon to show the menu; both a left-click and a right-click will display the menu.

 

3.If the icon is not visible in the hidden icons window go to Start - All Programs -Tools - PEERNET Document Conversion Service 3.0 - Show Tray Icon to launch the system tray manually.
