You can use the Copy Style option to apply the formatting of the primary component to all the components in a group. Only those properties in common will be copied from the primary components to the secondary components. For example, if a Text Field is the primary component, a Picture will accept only the Text Field’s size information, a Rectangle will accept both size and color information, and another Text Field will accept all properties except the value. If a Picture is the primary component, only size information will be copied to the other components.

 

Note that, when copying size information to a Picture, the final result will depend on the Keep Aspect setting in the Picture.

 

When copying size information to other components, any attempt to set the width or height below the minimum for the receiving component will fail; the receiving component will be reset to the minimum value.

 

To access copy style options, click Format – Copy Style – (Copy Style Option). Available copy style options are Text Copy, Fill Copy, Font, Width, and Height.
