Chapter 17: Automatic Printing of Reports and Labels

Reports and labels can be printed using the basic Print command. However, you can also print reports and labels using the Run command. This command can be accessed both from the toolbar and by right-clicking a specific report or label, and is indicated by a green arrow toolbar_icon_run.

Using this command you can print your reports and labels to multiple printers at the same time. So, for example, you could print a report to a local printer, to a network printer somewhere else in your building, and electronically as a PDF document for your archive, all with one command.

Note that the sample project Chapter07_CreateReport.pnj contains a sample report called Report2 created using the steps in a previous chapter that you can use in these steps. You can access this project by clicking File – Open Project in the application menu, then enabling the Open a sample project option.
