When using the Email or the ZIP actions to email or ZIP the created files, the created files are not automatically deleted. Most of the time when emailing or zipping the output files, or running your own commands using the Run Commands, you do not want to keep the output once you have processed it These options allow you to control if and when these files are deleted.
These actions take place after any Email, ZIP and Run Commands have been processed.
Delete generated output files
Enable this option to automatically delete the created files. You can choose to delete the files in the case of success, failure or both success and failure.
Delete created ZIP files
Enable this option to automatically delete any ZIP files created using the ZIP action. This would most often be used when you are using the Run Commands to further process the created ZIP file.
