PEERNET Inc. delivers all products electronically (via e-mail) unless otherwise indicated.
When an order has been placed and the financial transaction approved, the purchaser will receive a "Sales Confirmation" via e-mail from PEERNET Sales [peernet@peernet.com] confirming the transaction and supplying a serial number for the products purchased.
Our "Sales Confirmation" is sent immediately, unfortunately at times our sales confirmations do get captured by Spam Filters. If you do not receive your email you can obtain your serial number by returning to your online account. When signed in please select "My Account" and then select "View the products I have registered or purchased" your purchased serial number will be listed. You can also obtain a copy of the order and or invoice from your online account as well. Alternatively please email us peernet@peernet.com or call us at 1-800-883-7980 we'd be happy to assist.
The "Sales Confirmation" will also contain a download link for each product purchased. The purchaser will be given the option to download the software again but this is not necessary if purchaser has a recent evaluation copy of the software already loaded. The purchaser can simply activate the product by entering the serial number provided into the license wizard of the purchased product. This will remove the evaluation watermark while leaving all other settings the same.
Returns can be requested and will be evaluated and processed within 3 business days. However, we highly recommend that purchasers first try out the products by downloading and installing the 30-day evaluation. All evaluation products are completely functional with the exception of evaluation watermarks that are placed on the outputs.
