PEERNET Inc makes purchasing easy by providing several easy ways to make your payment. When you are finished shopping and select "Checkout" you will asked to choose one of the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
• Purchase Order
• Wire Transfer
• Check/Money Order

Credit Card

PEERNET accepts Visa, MasterCard and AMEX and processes transactions in both Canadian and US Dollars.

For other currencies PEERNET provides you with the ability to select from a list of common currencies so that you can see the price in the currency of your choice. Your credit card company will do the conversion of the transaction amount into the currency of your credit card. This may result in a slight discrepancy between the amount shown on your credit card statement and the amount shown in the total box due to the use of different exchange rates and rounding procedures.

Using your credit card is easy and completely secure. And, best of all, you'll have your software in a few short minutes!

The purchaser will receive a "Sales Confirmation via e-mail from PEERNET Sales [peernet@peernet.com] confirming the transaction and supplying a serial number for the products purchased.

Our "Sales Confirmation" is sent immediately, unfortunately at times our sales confirmations do get captured by Spam Filters. If you do not receive your email you can obtain your serial number by returning to your online account. When signed in please select "My Account" and then select "View the products I have registered or purchased" your purchased serial number will be listed. You can also obtain a copy of the order and or invoice from your online account as well. Alternatively please email us peernet@peernet.com or call us at 1-800-883-7980 we'd be happy to assist.

Purchase Orders

PEERNET will accept purchase orders from substantial U.S. or Canadian corporations, businesses, institutions, and government organizations. All purchase orders should be net 30 days or less. Only Purchase Orders in Canadian or US Dollars that are greater than $120.00 will be accepted.

Select "Purchase Order" in either Canadian or US Dollars as your payment option. When you've completed your order online please send your Purchase Order to PEERNET via fax at 1-613-224-6899, or e-mail it to peernet@peernet.com.

Your purchase order will be matched with your online order and upon approval the purchaser will receive an e-mail from PEERNET Sales [peernet@peernet.com] confirming the transaction and supplying a serial number for the products purchased and an invoice for payment.

Please note that in some cases the purchasing company may be required to complete a credit application or to pre-pay prior to delivery of the product. If you are located outside of North America we recommend you either purchase via credit card or wire transfer.

Wire Transfer

PEERNET accepts Wire Transfers in either Canadian or US Dollars for orders over 120.00 dollars.

Select "Wire Transfer" in either Canadian or US Dollars as your payment option. When your online order has been completed you will receive an order number confirming your request along with the Banking Information for you to send the wire transfer to.

Upon receipt of the wire transfer payment, the purchaser will receive an e-mail from PEERNET Sales [peernet@peernet.com] confirming the transaction and supplying a serial number for the products purchased.

Please note that all charges with respect to the bank/wire transfer are the responsibility of the sender/purchaser. PEERNET must receive the face value of the purchase.

An administration fee of $15.00 US will be charged for any bank/wire transfers sent from outside of North America and a select group of European countries.

Check or Money Orders (Mail Orders)

PEERNET accepts Checks or Money Orders in Canadian and US Dollars only.

Select "Check/Money Order" in either Canadian or US Dollars as your payment option.

When your online purchase has been completed please mail a check in Canadian Dollars drawn on a Canadian Bank or in US Dollars drawn on US Bank along with a copy of your order or indicating the order number to:
