- Open an Excel Spreadsheet and select File & Print. In the Print dialog, select PDF Creator Plus and click Print. PDF Creator Plus opens a window and displays the printed spreadsheet.
- Press the CREATE PDF button, choose a name and location for your PDF file, and click Save.
Your spreadsheet is now a PDF document! It is ready to be posted on the web, emailed to a colleague, or saved for future reference.
Add more workbooks, graphs, and other documents to the same PDF file. Ideal for creating month end financial reports that often contain documents from many different sources. Easy to email or store the final report as one PDF file. Just keep PDF Creator Plus open and continue printing to it.
