1. After you install PDF Creator Plus, you will find a new “Save As PDF” button in Microsoft Word.
2. Open a Microsoft Word document and click the “Save As PDF” button on the toolbar. PDF Creator Plus opens a window and displays the printed document with hyperlinks and bookmarks.
3. Press the CREATE PDF button, choose a name and location for your PDF file, and press Save.

Your Word document is now a PDF document! It is ready to be published to your website, emailed, or stored for future reference.

Any Document, Anytime

Add graphs, pictures, and other documents to the same PDF file. Just keep PDF Creator Plus open and press “Save as PDF” to add Word documents. Add other documents by selecting File & Print and printing them to the PDF Creator Plus printer. You will be asked whether you want to keep building the current project, or start a new one. There is no limit to how may documents you can combine into a single PDF.

Save your project at any time, so you can revise your PDF later. Reopen the project to add new documents, make other changes, and produce a new, revised PDF file!
