To request an upgrade for your existing PEERNET.DRV CP410 product to version 6.0 please email your request to peernet@peernet.com. Include the following information from your original order:
PEERNET will email you an applicable discount coupon for the upgrade within 24 hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). You can then go to the PEERNET Store, make your purchase of the new version and enter the discount coupon which will then reduce the price accordingly. Upon completion of your purchase you will be emailed a download link plus a serial number for PEERNET.DRV CP410 6.0.
On-Going Support provides you the peace of mind that your product is always up to date and support is always available for the term of the contract. It can be purchased at time of purchase or up to 60 days after the date of purchase.
PEERNET offers a 1-year On-Going Support contract that includes
during the term of the contract.
For a new product order On-Going Support can be bought as part of your product purchase. It is offered to you when purchasing online and/or if you are completing an order form.
For an existing product to purchase or renew On-Going Support for a product you have already purchased please email your request to peernet@peernet.com and include the following information from your original purchase:
purchaser's name and email address
order date and number
name of product purchased
serial number of product
PEERNET will email you a Buy & Download link for the On-Going Support within 24 hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
The cost of a 1-year On-Going Support contract is 40% of the original product cost for User Licenses and Site Licenses. It is reduced to 30% of the original cost for Enterprise Licenses.
